NEELAB NAIBKHYL serves as director of strategic development and has worked at the firm since 2006. Immensely analytical and innovative, she is responsible for several key areas including marketing, business development and strategic partnerships. Her forward-thinking mindset allows her to anticipate problems before they occur. Co-author of the tactical organizational strategy “Process, Accountability, Connect” (PAC), she strives to take a proactive approach to problem-solving that she has embedded in the culture of the organization.

Neelab holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and insurance licenses. She has worked with the team through its various mergers and acquisitions, including stints at A.G. Edwards, Wachovia Securities and Wells Fargo Advisors. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from San Diego State University, graduating with honors.

Neelab was born in Chicago and grew up in San Diego, where she lives today. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, volunteering with various local and national charities, and spending time with her friends and extensive family.
