ROBERT ORTBALS is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. His focus is working with plan sponsors and their retirement plans, offering guidance regarding plan design, fiduciary responsibilities and education strategies for increasing the investment knowledge of plan participants.

He enjoys helping people and taking the time to get to know each client and their specific needs and objectives. He serves as a point of contact and knowledgeable resource for any questions about their plan, and can provide referrals for other professionals such as insurance agents and auditors, as appropriate.

Robert holds Series 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses. He joined our team in 2007 as a financial consultant at Wells Fargo Advisors. Earlier in his career, he was a relationship manager at Gallagher Benefits Services.

Originally from St. Louis, Robert lives in St. Charles, Missouri, with his wife, Lori. They have five children, Robert, Jr., Lisa, Dan, Laura and Leanne. In his free time, he enjoys golf and tennis. He is an avid follower of the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues and Missouri Tigers. Together with his wife, he founded the Missouri Chapter of the Children’s Heart Foundation.
