Marissa Dowse

Marissa brings more than 25 years of sales, marketing, and project management experience to NEXT. She has served in an executive capacity to develop strategic relationships, expand business markets and products, improve customer relations, and create effective communications plans. Her work has driven and supported business goals in a diverse set of industries from media, health care, education, government, technology, and financial services. As director of enterprise development, Marissa collaborates with NEXT’s association partners to ensure that quality retirement programs are readily available to companies of all types and sizes.

Marissa earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and French from the College of Charleston. Although hailing from the Northeast and Georgia, she now resides in Northwest Arkansas – Go Hogs! She enjoys spending time with her family hiking, biking, traveling, cooking, and watching her son’s sports games.
